1) Titler for Winamp
I like this one

2) MP3CUE
Good, but it havent seeking bar for songs (essential for me).

3) Cue Player
Plays tracks inside a mp3 specified in an accompanyed cue sheet. It solves the problem by creating virtual files in the playlist. I feel that this solution is better than mp3cue's approach.

what tool do u use for cue filez?

another plugin and how to use it

EDIT: This plugin seems to be the same as the third one you suggested, anyway it is the one I use, the thread tells you how to use it.
