I'm not 100% sure, but I know it does:
WMA-->MP3
WAV-->MP3
AIFF-->MP3
AAC--MP3
MP3-->WAV
MP3-->AIFF
AAC-->MP3 (?)
MP3-->AAC (?)
the last two I'm fairly sure work, and the itunes help docs say it does as well, I've just never tried it. You can also have it convert to apple lossless format. _________________ Tobey

Wow I never used Itunes for converting. I only used it for playing mp3s. |

Yeah, I had no idea it could do so many until I tried it. I only use it for syncing with my ipod and playing some music, I use winamp for DI and everything else _________________ Tobey

I could find no freeware program that would fully satisfy my needs. I use a commercial solution and never regret it. Its advantage is the high speed conversion of multiple files. At the same time, quality of the resulting wav is very good.
The program I'm talking about is AudioConverter Studio on mymusictools. All you need to do is drag and drop files to the program window and click its convert button. The program is not free, but it has already paid off because of its performance. |
